We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if:

• The item is unused

• In original condition

• In original packaging

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

2. Food Sales (Solidarity Smoke Co.)

Due to the nature of food products, all food sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.

3. Event Tickets

Refunds may be issued up to 7 days before the event. After that, tickets are non‑refundable unless the event is canceled.

All donations are non‑refundable.

How Donations Are Used

Donations may support:

• Community outreach

• Operational costs for Project: Porchlight

• Supplies for Solidarity Smoke Co. community meals

• Administrative needs that keep our programs running

We Do NOT:

• Sell donor information

• Use donations for personal gain

• Engage in political fundraising

Receipts

Donors receive a confirmation email for their records.
